Recording countdown timer

Please add a countdown timer option for recording on the recording client. Other screen recording services have this and it is a very useful feature. Even three seconds as a default is enough to switch screens and start a PowerPoint slide show, for example. At the moment, every recording has to be trimmed to cut this bit out which is a poor use of time when a simple countdown would eliminate this.
A three second timer would be helpful as a default. Additional functionality could be to have a preference option for 0 seconds, 3 seconds, 5 seconds, 10 seconds.
