Transcript Alignment

We are running into some issues that would be solved if we could upload a transcript and have the file either be professionally aligned or have it be aligned with ASR.
In short, the CC Transcript is not pulled in from CART services in Zoom. We are able to request that the transcript be aligned by the CART vendor but their cost and turnaround time leaves us in a tough situation. It would be awesome if we could automatically pull in the "CC Transcript" file when CART services are used in Zoom and/or have the ability to align a flat transcript to a video in Panopto.
