So i was getting a 'same key' error earlier too.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
Really need help as my uni asks for assignments to be uploaded with this software.

This would be an issue for Panopto Support to take a look at. Based on your profile, I can't see your name or the organization to which your account is linked. Because of this, I would recommend reaching out to your local Panopto administrator for assistance.
