We are having issues with the Machine Transcriptions... particularly with words and acronyms that are specific to our company. Is it possible to provide a custom dictionary that we can use?

We do not have a way for you to add a custom dictionary of terms for your captions, but that would be a great feature request! You can submit a feature request here: New Feature Request.
