Loading a Moodle page that then takes you to a Panopto video - has anyone had this happen?

Has anyone tried to click into a Moodle site but then suddenly been presented with a Panopto video in full screen, rather than going into the site?
Clicking back then trying again seems to fix it but it seems to be an odd glitch.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
