Anonymous Uploads?

We have a group of users that want to collect some community feedback/videos from the public (don't have an SSO account), would there happen to be a hidden setting or something of the sort to allow for this? I have tried a folder with an assignment folder that is open to "Public on the web" but that didn't work.

I am looking at a workflow that would employ a few different moving parts using the drop folder app that Panopto has, and it would be super messy, but it might work. If there is a way to do this natively, that would help a lot!

Hi Michael,

I'm unaware of any setting that would allow for this. You would need to create individual user accounts for the people you want to have upload videos. In the past, some customers have created one account to share with a group of people - but they weren't worried about users deleting each other's videos, which is something to consider in that particular case.
