Audio and video not syncing

Hey all!

So I recorded a video, (video over a powerpoint screen share) and unfortunately there's a delay in the audio. It's a consistent second or two delay throughout the whole thing; does anyone know if there's a way to separate the audio so I can move its start point to one where it syncs with the video?
