How do we disable the rating feature or hide it? We had trolling of sorts, and we'd like to take the ratings down or edit them.

If you want to just turn off ratings across the site, there is a setting for that:
I would be curious if you are able to "reset" the ratings for a subset of videos with some help from Panopto Support.
