Notify by email - off by default.

On the Share options - could the notify by email checkbox be unchecked by default. Currently it leads to many mistaken emails being sent to large groups. Notifications from this feature is generally not needed.

I believe this is a site setting. The default is on, but it should be able to be configured at the site level:
