We use Blackboard Collaborate mainly for our remote teaching sessions and are limited with the amount of content that can be stored by Blackboard. We recommend to our teaching staff that they download the recording and then upload it into Panopto. Whilst this does work, it does create lots of steps for our users and is fairly unsustainable for some lecturers who are constantly teaching sessions that they wish to be recorded.
Therefore we could really do with a new integration with Blackboard and Collaborate that could easily transfer a recorded Collaborate session into Panopto.

I agree, it seems like the of all the platforms to support Blackboard Collaborate is relatively easy as it already provides a downloadable video file in the GUI and it's unclear but looks likely that this is available through the Collaborate API.
