Connect viewing statistics to Blackboard grade center

Several faculty here like to grade based on the percent viewed of a recording(s) from the Top Viewers report. Right now they have to manually pull that report and add a grade to Blackboard. It would be terrific if there was a way to tie percent viewed to the grade center.

We've had a few faculty that have requested that they be able to add a video to an assignment like you can with a video quiz, but instead of a quiz, it is just a completion percentage. I believe there should be a feature request from some time ago with support on this, but I can't seem to find my notes on it.
@Michael Espey that scenario should work for the folks here, though I think they would prefer it if that assignment could be applied to all videos in a folder/sub-folder rather than adding each individual video as an assignment.
