Panopto OAuth2 Token

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to fix a unauthorized token error for OAuth2? The browser is opened to the authorization url for a token, however an error comes saying "error processing request", "the client application is not know or authorized". Does anyone know the reason for this error?

    Hi Daniel,

    That error is most often caused by an invalid client ID or due to the redirect URL not exactly matching one of the redirect URLs associated with the API client in Panopto.

    Can you please verify that the client ID you are using is correct, and that the redirect URL exactly matches one of the allowed redirect URLs associated with that client? If that does match, can you open a ticket with Panopto Support so I can get some additional information from you and look into this further?
