Corrections of python 3 API samples

Hello,

There is a small bug causing your python API sample here https://github.com/Panopto/panopto-api-python-examples not working.

Fortunately, 2 people made PR to correct these bugs, you just have to merge it :

https://github.com/Panopto/panopto-api-python-examples/pulls

Can you apply these to help future API learners?

    I merged your PR as well as another PR which we failed to take for long time.
