Able to see who has viewed

I don't know if this is a feature because it is only my 3rd day using this new program. I was wondering if there was a feature to see 1. who is in my organization and 2. who views the videos I posted. If this isn't a feature yet...this post is a suggestion! If this is a feature please someone help me navigate to it!
Thanks!
