Include the "title" element in the automatically generated embed code to improve accessibility!

Please add the title element to the automatically generated embed code provided for each video so that when the video is embedded into a webpage, screen readers such as JAWS and NVDA will announce the content using the title provided.

Currently there is no information provided about the video unless a title element is added. Examples below.
