Customization of remote recorder notifications
The ability to sent email notifications to specific persons when x,y,z remote recorder goes offline instead of sending sending mails to all.
So if recorder a goes down, person x will get a mail and if recorder b goes down person y will get a mail for institutions where different persons are responsible for different remote recorders.

It would be great if the admins and creators for specific RRs received these notifications. I setup a rule to forward notifications for 3 RRs to the Sch. of Engineering folks who manage those machines, but this is a pain.
