Hi , bit of an intermittent issue with some remote recorder boxes.
I have 14 units on a dedicated VLAN, all units are visible in Panopto as remote recorders. I can see feeds from all devices and can start all the units recording remotely.
My issue is when I webcast 95% of time I have no problem, but occasionally random different units will not start to webcast - I just get the message recording will be available when session finishes. (camera still live)
If I power them off/ on then it resolves.
Nothing blocked on network, and its not always the same units.
Anyone have any similar experience (about to contact Maevex tech support as well)

There are specific firmware versions that cause this on the Matrox units. If they have recently been updated, back off a version or two and see if that clears things up. I recently had to back ours off of the most recent firmware back to v3.01.00.282 to get them to webcast again.
Suspect you know this, but they are now EOL… we are moving to the Epiphan Nexus units as time/budget allow.
