Limit which Accessibility services specific users can use

It would be extremely helpful if you could limit which Accessibility services (caption providers) that specific users can view and use. We have several departments including our disability resource center staff, College of Law, Plant Sciences Dept., Lunar and Planetary Lab Dept., etc. that have specific caption services set up that bill individually to their specific department. It is not ideal for those with the Caption Requestor role to be able to see ALL caption services and risk accidentally requesting for a service that is not related to their department and thus billing that department instead of their own. This mistake has happened on multiple occasions and could be easily avoided by allowing specific individual users access to very specific caption services instead of a free for all.

  • Strong +1 here! We are stuck using drop-folders to give colleges and departments the ability to order captions via their professional captioning services vs. direct requests to caption content. It would be great if we had more granular permissions for these services, approval workflows, etc., and not having those sorts of features prevents us from adopting them more generally.
