Hello, we’d like to migrate the LTI from Audiovisual Resources and we need very high capacity. Is this possible with Panopto? We need it to retrieve data (API calls to retrieve folder sessions).

    Hi Jorge,

    Yes. Panopto’s public API can return the sessions in a folder, and an LTI launch already maps each course to its Panopto folder.

    Use GET /Panopto/api/v1/folders/{folderId}/sessions, authenticated with OAuth. Results are paged at up to 1,000 sessions per call; keep requesting the next page until a page comes back empty.

    The default limit is 5 requests per second, 100 per minute, and 5,000 per hour per client, which is enough to sync a large course catalog. If you need a higher limit for this integration, Panopto support can raise it.

    The folder list includes the viewer URL. For the full session record, call GET /Panopto/api/v1/sessions/{id}
