What is the best way to manage assignment folders from course offering to course offering?
Do you make a new assignment folder for each offering?
Do you delete all the videos and use the same assignment folder from offering to offering?
Do you do something from different from the two ideas above?
I'm looking for tips and tricks that I can use in my environment.

Hi David,
The intention is that you would create a new assignment folder for each offering of the course.
If you have multiple assignments, you can close one assignment folder and then open another one for a subsequent assignment in the same course offering.
