Hello,
How do we restrict access to Everything. Faculty (creators) see recordings that have the "specific people" only sharing on.

The "everything" location will include all sessions that the current user has access to. This list will be unique to each individual.
We had some confusion here early on where people thought their content was shared to this list by defualt, but this is only the case if they change their sessions/folders to be the "Public on the web" or "Everyone at the organization" levels.

You can change who can select various permission levels under your site settings. If you search for "Users Can Make Content Public" under "General Site Settings" you can select a few different things.
