Enable Smart Chapters for Old Videos

We've spent some time playing with the new Smart Chapters features and are finding it quite useful in our testing so far! Nice addition to the platform.

To our current findings, it looks like you can only add Smart Chapters to a video that has been added after the feature has been activated.

I could understand that automatically adding Smart Chapters to all videos on the platform after activating the feature may be a resourcing nightmare, but I attempted to Re-Process the videos hoping that it would apply the Smart Chapters, and to my finding it didn't.

If this is the case, any chance we can have the Re-Process job also process for Smart Chapters? I'm also wondering, because the Re-Process is admin only, perhaps there could be another button for Smart Chapters that can be called by the user (when on-demand).... i.e. "Request Smart Chapters".

    YES, this would come in handy with SO many of our old sessions that were imported from Mediasite.
