Moodle asks for second login and nothing happens

Hi -
3 of our professors are having this issue. One has provided the following screenshots, First experinced the issue 7+ day ago.
Moodle sent up here.
I have no idea what is causing the issue.
Any advise appreciated.

This is something that our Support team should investigate.
