I wish to change my email address in my Contact Information
I would be grateful if you could show me how to update my email address in my Contact information. When I try to enter my new email - and press update - Panopto returns to the old email address which is no longer in use. Thank you. Anne B

Hi Anne,
A member of the Panopto Support team will need to assist you with changing your password in Panopto Pro. The steps for opening a Support ticket with Panopto Pro are listed here: Can I Contact Support with my Plan: Panopto Pro.
