Hello Panopto Support,
Our user reported that there was no sound after a video was recorded. The sound was there when they previewed the video. In this case, is it possible to retrieve the sound?

I'm actually on the administrator team. Is that possible to escalate the ticket to the Panopto support specifically?

Hi, I have been having audio issues with Panopto. I recorded a few lectures and the audio does not work on some computers, although the sound is fine if I play the video on a Mac or iPhone. Can you please advise on how this can be sorted? There are no captions either, which suggests there is a problem with the sound. Many thanks, Laura
