No sound after recording

Hello Panopto Support,

Our user reported that there was no sound after a video was recorded. The sound was there when they previewed the video. In this case, is it possible to retrieve the sound?

    Thank you for the quick response and your offer to submit a Support ticket on my behalf. When you mention about the local Panopto administrator, do you mean our support staff on our campus? I'm actually on the administrator team. Is that possible to escalate the ticket to the Panopto support specifically?
