Panopto Message Experiencing Technical Difficulties

I access Panopto via Canvas through my institution. When I select Panopto Recordings, I receive the following message: "We're currently experiencing technical difficulties. Please bear with us while we tune our satellites. Sorry for the inconvenience. Error processing request. Incoming LTI request could not be processed."

Any thoughts? My students are unable to access our Class Recordings. I've tried embedding them on the announcements page in Canvas, but they're denied access. However, when I send a link to one of my co-workers, they can access with no problem.
