Seneca Panopto Devices show "Audio and video device error"

Hello,

I have Windows 10 Seneca Panopto recorders with HDMI injests that keep showing "audio and video device error" when viewing them from the Remote Recorders page. I'm also getting false email alerts. When I view the recordings everything is fine, anyway to fix these false alerts?
