Camera Not Recognized with Revolution LightBoard Studio

Hello,
I've run into some issues with my Camera staying recognized as I record through a Revolution LightBoard Studio. Mid-way through the recording, an error code will pop up and tell me that Panopto is not recognizing my camera, and sometimes my microphone. I've been in touch with Revolution, but they are unsure. Is this happening to anyone else?
