Capturing desktop setup in Log file

Good morning,

I'm wondering if it's possible to determine from the session log what state a desktop client was in when recording was started - what audio, video and secondary inputs were selected. If not, would it be possible to build this into future releases as it'd be hugely useful in fault-finding for Panopto issues.

For example, I have a user who has done a recording which is completely silent when it shouldn't be. They've also deleted the Desktop stream from their content, so there's no way to see how the system was setup when the recording was started. Capturing the state of Desktop would allow me to determine if user has not set the desktop client properly or if there's an issue with our technical setup in the space.

Kind regards

Richard
