Identity Consolidation


I was reading through the documentation about identity consolidation and it mentions to contact support before I turn this on, however, I don't seem to be able to contact support through my account.

Is there anything I need to know about before consolidating users? We are currently in the process of migrating our Identity Provider, most users do not have an account with the new one yet as I would like to make sure their permissions are ready before changing over.
