Tickets being deleted and issues left unsorted
Twice now I've added a ticket to get an issue sorted but both th=times after receiving confirmation of receipt, the ticket has disappeared - so I've not received any support help!

Hi Caroline,
I took a look in our Support system, and can see that you've submitted two cases - our Support team should be in contact with you soon. I've also followed up with a member of that team to let them know that you aren't able to see your submitted tickets and they are looking into this issue for you, as well.

Thanks Cait - on my account page/cases there are none showing and the link sent by email resolves to a page that briefly says 'no case exists' then reverts to the homepage. Glitches!!
