Panopto on Mac not seeing PowerPoint

First post here!
We have a professor on a Mac (10.15) that can record her audio, video, and a secondary screen. She is unable to record her PowerPoint Slides. The check mark is clicked, but is not seen on the recording. Also, when she goes into her PowerPoint and does Presenter view, she is unable to get back to the Panopto Recorder.
Any advice or help is appreciated!

As for your professor's issue: that's definitely not expected behavior, and something our Support team should investigate. To expedite things, I will open a Support ticket on your behalf and make your local Panopto administrator aware of this. Please keep an eye out for correspondence regarding this matter.
