Troubleshooting Panopto recording on MacBook Air with Catalina 10.15.7

Hi, I am trying to record something on Panopto with my MacBook Air, OS Catalina 10.15.7. But it keeps on showing the colored wheel and the recording doesn't launch. I then have to Force Quit because the application isn't responding. Any tips on how to solve this?

Hi Cait, thank you so much for responding. I have actually solved the problem by re-downloading the Panopto application on my MacBook. It looks like I can record now. I'll be in touch if i have this problem again, but I hope this doesn't happen!
