Intermittent Issue with Quiz Grade Passing Back to LMSs

What is the impact of this issue?
There is an intermittent issue that can cause quiz grades to not pass back to the LMS for some students.
How do I work around this issue?
Option 1) If the student relaunches the video and clicks finish on the quiz, the grades may post to the LMS.
Option 2) Reach out to your Authorized Point of Contact to submit a case with Panopto to investigate.
When will this issue be resolved?
We are working to mitigate this issue by early to mid October. We will update this post when the issue is mitigated or more information is found.

We released a mitigation for this issue last evening. Please contact Panopto Support if you are still seeing intermittent failures.
