Using same Panopto videos at tow Institutions

I have access to Panopto through one University who apparently pays for it. I want to use the videos at another institution too. Can I do that? How do I give students at the other Institution access since they don't have ID through the sponsoring institution? I'm not thrilled at opening it to the internet at large.

Hi Muffet,
You can download your videos from the Outputs tab on your session's Settings:
How to Change the Format and Preview the Podcast Version of Videos
This will give you MP4 files of your videos. We recommend asking the other institution how they advise providing video content to students.
Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
Best wishes,

Thank you, Cait. I'll try it. Cheers.
