How to contact Panopto support to troubleshoot captions upload issues?

I have been trying to add captions to my lectures on Panopto using a script file saved as .SRT and I keep receiving the error message below. The automatic caption is not an alternative option because the transcription is rather poor. It would be useful to have someone troubleshoot via TeamViewer.

How can I contact Panopto support for help with that issue? Appreciate any help. Thank you

    I spoke with another team member from Panopto, and we think this issue should go to our Support team. I'll also be reaching out to your university's Panopto administrator to keep them in the loop - keep an eye out for an email regarding this matter.
