Is there a way to customize the message that get's displayed with the authentication fails?

In SharePoint, if a person tries to access a site or page that they do not have permissions for, they are presented with a message that allows them to request permissions. Is there a way that this can be done for Panopto? Specifically, when a person tries to access our Panopto site, can we customize that 401 - Permission Denied message to contain information on who to contact?
