Exported MP4 Video & Audio out of synch

Hi Guys

Can anyone help. I use Panopto as an ad-on from Blackboard. If I download my presentation (MP4) the Video & Audio are completely out of sync. I have resorted to editing it under Premiere to try and match my lips to the words!. However, if I play the recording using Panopto its ok. Thanks!
