Why does Panopto show videos in the LMS Ilias in a Playlist although they are not added to Playlist

We´re using the LMS Ilias and the Playlist-feature was turned off site wide. If we changed the settings of a video or a whole folder from "Inherited - Only specific people and groups" to "Public - Anyone can find and access" the video appears double in the LMS and one of this is shown like a playlist and doesn't work.

The method is "getPlaylistsOfFolder" and it sends following API-request: "get('/Panopto/api/v1/folders' . '$folder_id . '/playlists')".

It seems like the public videos were recognized and produce a return value even though the videos have never been part of a playlist.
