Insert button is missing

The strangest thing is happening.
When impersonating a student for a Video Assignment Submission using Insert Stuff, I can upload the video; however the Insert button in the Panopto interface does not appear. The video still shows up in the library, though :|
Any suggestions on how I can get that insert button to appear?
