Is there a way to mask or genericize the email that gets sent when a recording is shared? Ideally we would like the users doing the sharing to be logged in with their individual accounts, but be able to share under a group/dept name, ie "Registrar".

Hi Keith,
As an admin, go to System --> Settings on your Panopto site and select Enable and Configure Features from the Choose a category menu at the top of the page. Scroll down to the setting Hide User Email Addresses and set it as True before clicking Save.
