Hi,

We are using Panopto integrated into Blackboard. Teacher are webcasting the lessons but in Mac, they cannot make comments in the Discussion section of the Viewer. In fact, they cannot see the comments. How do tehy can activate the Discussion in the Mac computer?

    Thanks so much for your question.


    In their Panopto folder, they will need to hover over the webcast or video session, and select the Settings button:

    and then, in the Settings window, make sure that the checkbox next to Allow viewers to post comments is selected:

    Settings window, discussion box is checked
