Download an unprocessed Panopto file/video

Hi there,

I hope you are well

I have an upload/file from a student that appears as an empty shell but I can see was not processed and cannot be accessed, I understand that the cause can be: the file format is supported by Panopto but the video and/or audio codec is not.

However I would like to know if this "empty file" can still be downloaded so I can perhaps convert it and reupload it, would this be possible?
