[Silent Install] Silent install of Panopto does not create a shortcut in start menu

Our sysadmin has tried to deploy Panopto to all our users in our school using SSCM by using the silent install method found in the support page: https://support.panopto.com/s/article/Silent-Install-for-Panopto-for-Windows
We have tested this on one of our testing computers by using the silent install method as described above. After installing the software we noticed that the installer did not add a shortcut to the start menu or to the desktop.
Is it possible that we are missing a setting / configuration value for the silent install or could this be a bug in the silent install procedure?

I checked in with one of our Support team members about this, and he suggested that a support ticket be submitted regarding this matter.
