Webcam crashing panopto

Hi there,

I have used panopto for a long time and recently it has started to crash and give me a blue screen of death. The webcam appears to come up with almost dead pixels in a line and it keeps moving about. I cannot figure out why this is happening as the webcam works perfectly for skype and ms teams etc.

Any ideas what could be happening?
