Webcasts fail to convert to on-demand
in Canvas
Dear Panopto community,
We noticed that some of our latest webcasts fail to convert to on-demand. We use an encoder (Epiphan) for capturing and encoding the video and we use Panopto in Canvas. We have been using it without any problems so far but since 1 of March 2021 all the webcasts seem to fail converting. Here below a screenshot that show how it looks:
Does anyone know what might be causing this?
