Panopto for Windows issue
We use Panopto integrated with Blackboard.
When we open Panopto, one of the tools in the course content, we want to register by following the steps below. However, we get a warning that Panopto is out of date. We get an error when we want to update. When I continue without the update, although I have logged in from the lesson in Blackboard, a login is requested, we cannot select a folder because the login is not logged. When I try to log in, I get an invalid user information error. We do not experience any of these problems when we want to record in the browser. We request your support so that we can register in the application and solve the problems.
