Unable to insert video using the Panopto integration in Moodle rich text editor
Hi friends,
Some of the users at my institution have been experiencing an inability to insert videos to Moodle using the Panopto button in the rich text editor since yesterday (01/18). Specifically, when they selected the video they wish to post to Moodle and clicked "insert", instead of seeing the video inserted into the rich text editor, they saw the following window where they were prompted to select "Go Back (Recommended)" or "Advanced...". According to our users, neither of the options resulted in the video being successfully inserted. Has anyone else encountered this before? Thank you for your insights!
