In our academy we have Panopto integrated into our virtual classroom and everything is going very well, but some students have problems when playing the videos from Apple devices, especially iphone and ipad, could someone help me solve it, any ideas?

this is google chrome on ios
this video shows safari on ios
In none of the safari or chrome browsers the panopto videos can be played, does anyone have a solution?
